Hello,
my name is Charlotte, Corozal is my home now as I have lived here for over 9 years.
I migrated from Colorado (cold country) to Belize where it is lovely and warm. I
have been involved in many community affairs, the Hospital Auxiliary and other
community associations for several years. This has given me the opportunity to
understand the way things work in Belize and to meet so many friendly and
welcoming people. For four years I operated “Charlotte’s Web” internet café
and book exchange.
Many newcomers to Corozal were asking me to help them find
their dream home, either as a rental or a purchase. And the local people were
asking me to help them rent or sell their properties, and so, Charlotte’s Casa
Belize was born. A short while ago I decided to close the café in order to have
more time to pursue the real estate market here in Corozal and surrounding
areas.
Charlotte’s Casa Belize is located in Corozal Town, which
is on Corozal Bay. Our goal is to help you find the property of your dreams
through efficient and professional service whether you are looking for your
retirement home, a new business or simply to make a solid real estate investment
in Belize. We represent Belize real estate sales in Corozal District/
Northern Belize, which includes Corozal Town (and surrounding villages), Consejo
Shores, Sarteneja, Copper Bank and Progresso. All areas have selections of

Northern Belize (Corozal) is a beautiful place we call
home. Being only 15 miles from Chetumal Mexico where you can find entertainment,
wonderful shopping and great Mexican food. Or you can enjoy what several casinos
in the Free Zone at the Belize border have to offer. Also our climate is
Sub-Tropical (dry and wet season) with the annual rainfall in our northern
region of 50 inches. In the southern districts (Toledo, Cayo) it can be as high
as 200 inches.
There is a lot of information about Belize online, some
accurate, some not. Check out other sites and compare. We also recommend that
you come to Belize for a visit to experience the country and the people before
making a decision to purchase. Hopefully, Belize will be right for you!
